Guidance and Counseling Department
Mazapan School’s Counseling Department commits to meeting students’ needs. We focus on developing the whole student, providing personal, social, and academic support, as well as college guidance and orientation.
Services
The Guidance Office offers individual and group counseling for students from preschool to the twelfth grade. We focus in preventive and developmental programs to promote each student’s growth and success.
College counseling is an important part of our program. Beginning in 9th grade, counseling guides our high school students in choosing a career, college search, and through the admissions process.
Advisory
Bringing parents, staff, and our community together, the counseling department offers programs aligned with the school’s mission and vision to provide every student with opportunities to excel and achieve success.
